Before her | After her #2 — Sharing the stories of amazing her Elevated clients and their personal words of how attending her Elevated has “elevated’ their lives…
Savannah, is here sharing her story with us!
————————————————————-
Honestly, I don’t even know where to start. Her Elevated has been such a positive addition to my life over the last two years. I wasn’t really new to fitness when I joined—I’d been in and out of gyms for over a decade. But I’d get bored easily, feel out of place in big gyms, and at home, distractions would pile up until I’d skip days, weeks, even months. I was also dealing with shoulder issues that left me discouraged, while stress from my new business, a struggling relationship, and being far from family had me feeling bloated, puffy, and low on sleep. I wasn’t feeling strong, physically or mentally, and I thought a new workout class might give me a boost. I didn't expect anything special.
When I found Her Elevated, everything changed. It was exactly what I needed and it was indeed special: a safe, uplifting space to strengthen my body and honor my soul.
Almost two years later, I’m in the best shape of my life, my mental well-being has improved, and I genuinely love going to the gym.
The community is what makes it so special. Every woman here feels supported and encouraged, no matter her age, fitness level, or goals. Katie has created a space where we can all shine, feel seen, and be challenged in fun ways. We lift each other up, laugh, and check in on each other. Working from home for the first time during this journey, the Her Elevated community has been my anchor through the isolation of remote life.
I wanted to share one more way Her Elevated has impacted my life. Earlier this year, I was in a crash that left me with a concussion, broken ribs, and a bruised kidney (ouch, I know!). But my recovery was incredibly smooth, and I truly believe it’s because of the strength and resilience I built during my time in the studio.
The muscle, back, and core strength I developed made a huge difference—tasks like sitting up and lifting things, which are already tough with broken ribs, were much more manageable. I was also in great overall health, both physically and mentally, from staying active and in an elevated mindset. It might sound like a stretch, but I’m convinced that the foundation I built her helped my recovery immensely and continues to support my health in countless ways.
I also love all the extra things Her Elevated does: the support for the local shelter, walking challenges, meet-ups, sound baths, and more. I even rented the space for a business event and would gladly do it again. I could go on and on, but really, I just want to say thank you to Katie and the Her Elevated community for making my life infinitely better.
Love,
Savannah
